The connection between Thanksgiving’s favorite berry and urinary tract health isn’t new. Your grandmother may have advised you to drink a sugary cranberry juice when you felt like you may have a urinary tract infection (UTI). But the science around it has certainly expanded in recent years.

Natural Solutions magazine interviewed me about the relationship between cranberries and UTIs. I explained that it’s the amount of proanthocyanidins (PACs) in cranberries that’s important. Products such as SunCran and CranXYM are scientifically tested to confirm adequate presence of PACs and their anti-adhesion activity to guarantee efficacy.
