There has been an explosion of information regarding genetics and its applications in clinical health in the last 5 years. With this expansion has come information that has helped many people better tailor their nutrition and supplements to achieve their health goals. However, there has also been some very inaccurate information disseminated by many so called "genetic experts" that have taken advantage of this advancement’s popularity by recommending inappropriate supplementation and protocols to make money, rather than true health changes. I have committed a large part of my life to the study of genetics and have implemented scientifically based nutrients and practices that truly help. My goal is to make clear for you what is backed by science and what changes you can make, based on your unique genomic pattern, which will help optimize your foundations.
