Detoxification

There has been a dramatic increase in the number of "detox" products on the market and "detox" experts in the limelight. However, in my expert opinion, which is ALWAYS BACKED BY VALID, CUTTING-EDGE published SCIENCE, many of these detox products and experts are inappropriate and wrong. They are recommending supplements and protocols that can actually harm the body. Our bodies were built with machinery that out-performs anything that you can take in a bottle. Our bodies do need nutrients to facilitate detoxification, but they do not need to be slammed with nutraceuticals or protocols that overwhelm the already taxed system. Detoxification is best optimized with protocols that honor and support natural elimination of toxins. The science demonstrates this and I am committed to helping you learn and implement this for yourself so you can feel your best.
