Integrative Cancer Care

Cancer is a scary word.  A recent survey was done where Americans were asked what is the most fear-provoking place you know. The overwhelming answer was the doctor's office, more specifically the oncologist's office.  Cancer does not have to be scary.  It does not have to put you in a state of utter fear.  Cancer can be the beginning of your journey where you learn exactly how to optimize your health. I was diagnosed with melanoma in 2017 and having been through this I can understand, first-hand, how you feel if you or a loved one has been diagnosed as well. We can take a deep breath together and I will write about what I did to help myself and how I knew what I even needed to do. You will feel empowered, less fearful and able to make decisions that will affect your entire well-being.
